Royston Celtic Football Club Club Complaints Procedure
The club hope that no member will have cause for complaint or have to follow these procedures. However if you have any issues with another club member or any team manager or their assistants, then follow this procedure.
1) First check the Club’s Policies, Rules and Code of Conducts to ensure that you have grounds for complaint.
2) Discuss the issue with your team manager informally to see if the matter can be resolved informally. Please remember not to criticise any club official or other individual in front of your or any other child. Also remember that club official’s, and team manager’s in particular, voluntarily spend many hours in order to provide football for a large number of children. The club does not employ any individual to carry out any activities.
3) If you are unable to resolve the matter informally, please report the matter in
writing to the Club Secretary or another member of the Committee. Your report
should include:
i) Details of what, when, and where the occurrence took place.
ii) Any witness statement and names.
iii) Names of any others who have been treated in a similar way.
iv) Details of any former complaints made about the incident, date, when and
to whom made.
v) A preference for a solution to the incident.
4) The Club’s Management Committee will sit for any hearings that are requested.
5) The Club’s Management Committee will have the power to:
i) Warn as to future conduct;
ii) Suspend from membership;
iii) Remove from membership; any person found to have broken the Club’s
Policies or Codes of Conduct.
